Recently I have found that I need to partake in more self care. I have always put others before myself, or worked myself so hard that I’m overly exhausted at the end of the day or put my emotional and mental health on a back burner to make others happy. These get to the point that I lose confidence, self esteem and love for myself. This podcast will follow my self care and self love journey in hopes it’ll help someone out there find their self worth.

    Hey all, I am so excited that you decided to join me! Happy new year! This new year I am doing something a little new. I am going to set intentions rather than resolutions. Resolutions require a time limit and are so black and white in that you have to achieve them or not, pass or fail. And wit resolutions you aren't accepting who you are and the perfections that you do have. Rather you are saying that you are imperfect and not good enough. Where intentions are saying that you are good enough, now here is something to make you happier. It is not pass or fail. it is not black or white. It does not have a time line so there is no rush. If you have not yet followed me, I would love fr you to do so, I would love more of you to join me on this journey of self love and full happiness.
