A gift

Finding this podcast had been like finding a hidden gem! A gift for sure! I can't believe how much it's like I'm listening to every thought I've ever had...I resonate with so much! I finally feel hope!! Jennifer has a very loving direct clear style that comes through as she shares her wisdom that I really appreciate plus she does it all by giving us truth from God's word!! Outstanding

This has become my favorite podcast! I love hearing Jennifer and her fabulous guests talk about loving our bodies! It has really inspired me to treat my body with compassion. As someone who has struggled to have a positive body image all of my life, I’m now learning that my body is good RIGHT NOW! I just purchased Jennifer’s book and did one of her 10 day courses. I am going to sign up to do her Intuitive Eating course and plan on doing the Bible studies too. I feel like Jennifer is my new bestie and she’s going to help me love my good body!
