Do you feel suicidal before the time of your period?
1 in 20 women EXPERIENCE Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD) which is a diagnosable mood disorder in the DSM-5. It is a severe form of PMS which impacts women's mental health and relationships. PMDD is characterized by intense mood swings, irritability, depression, or anxiety in the days or weeks leading up to menstruation. These symptoms can significantly interfere with daily life and functioning.
Today I have Brittney Marsden, known as **"The PMDD Chick”. Britney is a qualified Women's Health Practitioner specializing in Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD).
Britneys mission is to provide holistic and personalized solutions, offering a comprehensive approach to managing the impact of PMDD on women's lives.

HOOK: Amy wakes up with a pit in her stomach, oh no not again, why do I feel anxious I just woke up! She grabs her phone to try to distract herself.
