Grateful to have found a podcast with lots of insight and inspiration to help me stay connected to a women in sales perspective throughout 2023. The last episode of 2022 helped me think about my goals and get excited about challenging myself this year.

At the risk of being wordy I have to express how much I love this podcast. I’m two episodes in and am hooked. As a woman who has aspired to work in sales I’ve only ever applied to sales positions via the traditional “send a resume in, wait for a call that never comes” routine. I’d love to hear more about the non-traditional recruitment routes that you have seen/heard of/experienced yourself. Girls aren’t raised to show up at someone's doorstep with an elevator pitch in mind, so I think a lot of us just need our butts kicked a little. I have no suggestions because the content and quality are great. I’d say “keep up the good work” but I know you’re a high achiever so I’ll offer kudos instead.
