Rainbow Meditation-Relaxation Meditation
Rainbow Meditation is a relaxation meditation for kids (great for adults too). This meditation is from my brand new Kinder Mindfulness Program. Sit back and relax as you imagine being surrounded by and breathing in the beautiful calming colors of the rainbow It’s purpose is also relaxation, it concludes with an awakener. It may still be used at bedtime.

Sit back and relax as you imagine that you are a Kitty on an adventure and then settling into a cosy sleep. Its purpose is also relaxation, it concludes with an awakener. It may still be used at bedtime.
