Great but is currently lacking depth

Love it. Have been loving this resource since it aired however the recent guests have not been relatable. Guests that can relate to anxiety is important. And there has been a big decline of Kelli and Erica together which makes the podcast magic. More relatable guests and more Kelli and Erica

Incredible resource

Hands down credible, trustworthy and hard fought (by these two hosts who went through anxiety) advice that I personally relied on through my own struggles. Can’t thank this podcast enough.

Parents of Anxious Child

Thank you Kelli and Erica for making anxiety feel more palatable to concerned parents. We have a 13 year old child who has suffered with emetophobia (fear of throwing up) since she was 8 years old and now with full blown panic and anxiety disorder.

We have listened to the podcast for the last 4 or 5 months after a reference from a Reddit group thread. We, (my wife and I) have felt pretty helpless through our journey and even more so in the past year. We have been to a couple psychologists and psychiatrist with very little success. Our daughter has resorted to many OCD habits to help her get through her day as well as trying to avoid school and other events that cause her anxiety.

This podcast has given my wife and I a lot of practical and easy to understand information which has helped us deal with our child. We are still a long way from our daughter living her life without worry but your podcasts have helped us see things differently and with more patience. We know that she will find her aha moment and will be stronger after going through this just as you two have. Thank you!
