Like these guys

Easy to relate to these guys as more of a mid packer. Good mix of training and just real life talk.

Running geeks? They exist!

I've found this podcast after looking into a strava account user, Bill Zdon.
After listening to their experience on the Bristol experience, I've now registered for my first ultra. Real people, that's what hooked me in.

Negative Splits Podcast is great

I have been a runner off and on for about 8 years. I've become a more serious runner in the past 3-4 years and am always looking to learn more about the sport.

A couple of weeks ago I did a search on iTunes and found The Negative Splits podcast and immediately downloaded all the episodes to give it a try.

I am glad that I did. From the start these guys are very normal. Although they have run some pretty big distances, the guys don't have super egos about it. When you listen, you hear race recaps and covers stupid about running. I can relate to these guys, as they share stories of both good and bad runs (which happen to all of us).

Highly recommend this podcast for all runners - new and seasoned you will enjoy it.
