The One About Divorce & All That Comes With It, with Divorce Coach Alicia Robertson

The One About Divorce & All That Comes With It, with Divorce Coach Alicia Robertson

Divorce is a life event, one I’ve been through, and whether you’ve been through one, know someone who has or curious to what it can be like, this episode is for you. Divorce is chosen or chosen for you, but no matter what, it shakes the world you know and forces you into a new one. How can you plan? How can you cope? How can you move forward and make good choices? FOREVER CHOICES? What are some common post-divorce mistakes and what can we be doing in ALL relationships, right now that sets us up for success no matter how a relationship goes. Alicia Robertson of Lemonade Life supports women through the vulnerable and challenging time that is separation and divorce - helping them take their power back one intentional and informed decision at a time. This emotional and connected conversation is one I hope we can heal together through.

The One About Career Pivots with Deja Riley

Imagine being a dancer for stars like Beyonce and Lady Gaga and walking away from it all for a complete career pivot? Well, that’s exactly what Deja Riley did! Today Deja shares with us why she did it, how she’s championing change in the wellness industry and how she’s keeping up with her love for dancing still today. This is such an incredible conversation that left me looking for the good in it all, oh that thing called OPTIMISM. Also what are the best leggings at LuluLemon because that’s important to me.

Tackling uncomfortable topics

Thank you for featuring Race2Dinner and the documentary Deconstructing Karen with guests Regina Jackson and Saira Rao. So eye opening, uncomfortable and interesting. I can’t wait to see their documentary. 🙌🏽

jdelcat ,

Amazing!

Sarah Has really helped me on my post partums journey with body acceptance and anxiety. Thank you!

KG2102 ,

3 Stars.

The topics can be interesting and bring important issues to the surface and the guests have some powerful messages to say. The meh are the ads and that Sarah can be overbearing in the conversation, leaving her guests sitting through long ramblings about herself. With that being said, decent background noise while cleaning or cooking.
