I first picked up Juliens podcast when he was first on barbell shrugged and it was seriously eye opening. Julien and StrongFit is one of the most resonating podcasts about fitness that I’ve ever listened to. Strongfit and their ideas seem to be decades ahead of the fitness industry and every time I listen or read about their ideas I’m convinced that what they have here can truly change lives.
Eating your own dog food
Your program and yourself preach, being in control of your mind and body. Using various nervous systems and so one you can keep calm and and in control.
Yet you openly state that you scream and yell at your dogs, that they need that once and a while. The most distributing statement was you enjoyed it and it made you feel.
It’s shame that you don’t have control over your own mind and body, but pretend to be the SME on it.
Julien is a gem 💎
I first heard Julien on the Barbell Shrugged podcast, and have been fascinated listening to him ever since. The patterns he sees in all areas of life, especially in health & fitness, go mind blowingly deep. It is a pleasure to be able to learn about nutrition, the nervous system, movement, the matrix, and so much more from him!! This podcast is well worth your time to listen to from the very beginning🙂
