Nothing compares

There are plenty of self-help videos and blogs out there but I haven’t found anything that compares to Dr. Horschig’s knowledge and passion. His YouTube videos are like zoom sessions with a physiotherapist. Combine this podcast with his visuals, put in some work and there’s a very high chance your pain, whatever it may be, will be gone. Thank you Aaron (and guests) and please keep up the great work!

Thank you Aaron for making this podcast. It’s helped me fix what I thought was back pain (turned out to be hip pain) on my own and for free. I’ve always followed along with the mobility tests and it’s all really opened my eyes to why my squat sucks! But seriously, I can’t recommend this podcast enough.
