Running is over rated

Listening to this podcast makes me run slower!
It’s like a scab on your leg that you just keep picking, it’s painful but in a good way! It’s addictive and my go to for long runs as the waffling chat never ends.

Well worth a listen

Good podcasts that always makes me laugh whilst running yet tend to be quite informative too.

Chancers

Chancers, charlatans. How on earth they get away with putting it out there is beyond me. I had to take two blood pressure tablets after listening to this rubbish. Five stars
