What a missed opportunity - disappointed to say the least - skip these 2 episodes if you’re actually interested in running, all I could hear was laughter and pooh mentioned rather too often.

Good fun podcast, I prefer the general chit chat over the interviews, but this segment seems to be getting shorter, we need more of it!
