These guys make me laugh while running

Stick these guys on while on a long run and half the pain seems to go away.

New runner, new favourite podcast!

I’m relatively new to running due to corona induced pool closures and after completing Couch to 5K embarked on some longer runs. I was so happy to come across this podcast. It’s like running with two friends who offer words of wisdom, encouragement and the odd bit of nonsense and laughter. Exactly what you need when your legs are feeling heavy and a stitch is setting in. Cheers lads! Love Georgie Xxx 😊👍🏻🏃‍♀️❤️

Interesting

Like the podcast but please keep off the politics (Feeling hot, hot, hot). We get enough of that in mainstream media. Need escapism, not Rishi bashing.
