Absolutely love this run podcast😀

I’ve just started training for the London Landmarks Half marathon - Never done a half marathon before and hoping this podcast is going to help me with complete this challenge - thanks Jenni 🙏

Best running podcast

I listen to a lot of different running podcasts and this is my favourite by a mile!

Jenny is warm and friendly to all her interviewees and seems genuinely curious and interested in every chat. She asks great questions and gets them to open up on all kinds of different topics.

I have picked up loads of useful tips from her and from her guests for my own running (though I’m a trail runner and most of her guests are road and treadmill fans). I love listening to this as a positive pick me up when I’m feeling stressed and can’t quite face reality. ☺️

Thank you Run Pod for encouraging me to persevere with running! So much so, New Years Day, I ran 11km!! And loved it.

I know trainers are really important... but what about socks? I have well worn trainers, but have still got blisters on my feet. Any suggestions?
