Makes me feel seen!

I’ve suffered with general anxiety since I was young, but in more recent years healthy anxiety has become a thing for me. This podcast has made me feel so seen and way less lonely hearing what the girls have been through as it’s so relatable to my own journey. Thank you so much for an open, real conversation about what it’s actually like to have anxiety!

HollieHart ,

Time of the month.

Thank you this was such an amazing podcast I learnt so much and didn’t realise that my diet and vitamins could indeed play a huge role in my mood and anxiety during this time.

I would for sure go for a high sugar snack but listening to this I am going to try the recommendations that where discussed it also made me feel less alone.

I highly recommend any women who is struggling with anxiety/pms to listen to this.

Thank you ladies.
