I recently found this podcast, and I am so glad that I did. As a female business owner who has ambitious goals and big visions, I have been disappointed to find that not many entrepreneurs share the level of drive and ambition that I have, especially as a woman. Karen is real, honest, and helpful, especially for business owners who are looking for their next up level. Karen, thank you so much for this gem of a podcast.

Karen Yankovich has a fast-paced, smart, articulate podcast that reaches the deep issues of women in business. Her fingers are right on the pulse of today’s dilemmas. This particular podcast features a woman who leveled her business to 7 figures, but speaks in a distinctly calm, steady, expert, yet nurturing voice, about how she went from a successful business that ran her, to a business that became even more successful that SHE ran. She shared the pain of her first success, i.e., having to choose between time with her children Vs. running a “successful” business. Recognizing that she couldn’t live with that type of pain, she carefully and gradually structured her business in a way that only took 2 to 3 hours per day of her focused time, and became more successful. She spoke of women’s relentlessly “doubting” voices, and their difficulty in getting moral support from their husbands. “The one person in the relationship that makes the most money, is the one who has the last word.” (I may have paraphrased that a little). So by making 7 figures, she has changed the course of her story and her children’s story. She used words that are not usually heard from the owner of a 7-figure business, like “kind” “generous” “loving” “gentle” etc., and by the way, not abandoning children at home. She offers one and two year coaching for entrepreneurs. It is clear that Karen Yankovich is very selective in who she interviews, and asks pertinent questions, while also giving them plenty of space to answer in their own way.

I have been listening to Karen's value packed podcast for quite some time. In fact, it is on my list of favorites for business development. Karen is an expert in how to use Linked In to build relationships and grow your business. She generously offers valuable information on how to navigate Linked In. One of my favorite podcast episodes was August 16, 2021 on Three Improvements for Your Linked In Profile. Pure Gold! Honestly, there are golden nuggets of wisdom in all of her episodes. I highly recommend! Marianne Cherico-The Home Stager's Coach
