👉🏻 Our guest is Kristi Maguire, PT, OCS, Dip. MDT. Kristi graduated from Bowling Green State University and the Medical College of Ohio with a BS in Physical Therapy in 1997. She began her journey towards MDT Certification in 2000 and became Certified in 2001. In 2003 she was Diplomaed in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy. Kristi was appointed to Teaching Faculty for The McKenzie Institute in January 2005. She began teaching the Parts A and B courses in December 2009 and was promoted to teaching all four core MDT courses in December 2015. Kristi is proud to serve as an on-site Clinical Mentor for her co-workers. She also presents MDT to fellow employees several times per year and hosts monthly presentations specialized for Physicians and Nurse Practitioners. Kristi has actively served on the MDT World Press Editorial Committee since its inception in 2012. In addition to her teaching and mentoring duties, Kristi has assisted in data collection for studies completed by some of the foremost MDT researchers, including, but not limited to, Audrey Long, Stephen May, Richard Rosedale, and Carol Dionne. Kristi is currently in active practice with Integrated Mechanical Care of South Carolina.
