Brandon is a CrossFit games athlete, an Aussie, a boy dad, and owner of the fitness programming platform Dadhours.

Brandon competed in the CrossFit games as an individual competitor in 2012, 13, and 14 - and again in the teams competition in 2019.

Lately Brandon has been leading the charge with helping busy Dads get fit through his programming and movement called DadHours.

I first learned about Brandon when I saw a crazy 20 minute workout on Instagram and gave it a shot. After being completely smoked - I knew that I wanted to connect with Brandon about his approach to fitness, and how he is balancing being a competitive athlete with being an incredible father - the most important thing.
