38: Taking Responsibility for Weight Loss‪:‬ Weight Loss Your Way

The biggest myth of diet culture is that there is a right and wrong way to approach weight loss, and that you can achieve quick and easy results by blindly following someone else's rules.
Weight Loss Your Way is about taking full responsibility for yourself and your process and understanding that there is no one-size-fits-all solution. There are hundreds weight loss tools available to you, but they are not enough to achieve sustainable results; they must be combined with inner work of changing how you think. Weight Loss Your Way is about trusting yourself and your process, believing that you are capable and worthy of success and happiness, and doing the work to make lasting changes.
