In Depth and Transparent

This podcast has given me a very honest look into the hurdles of bodybuilding (naturally!) and also how to overcome them. There’s a recurring theme on being a regular human being while bodybuilding rather than a hermit with no life. If you have any interest in bodybuilding, you will learn from this podcast.
