Excellent!

This show is fantastic. I’m 42 years old and couldn’t be happier that I found the show. I’ve been strength training on and off for several years. The last couple mostly just thrashing my way around the gym. This show has reaffirmed the importance of being strong going into middle age. The last several months I’ve applied the information shared in this show and put myself on some real programming. Needless to say my lifts are off the charts higher than ever. I feel strong, safe doing the lifts. I look and feel better than ever. And at 42 I’d kick 22 or 32 year old me’s butt lol. Great content, keep em coming and thank you!

Darin knowledge is exceptional

Darin knows his stuff, but find a very delicate way to make sure the masses understand it. He hits my exercise physiologist bone but He always explain it I. A way Anyone can understand it. Side note I’m only 30 and still listen.
