A Mixed Bag, and Getting Worse
Rip's knowledge of strength training makes him one of the elite. It is truly top tier.
Unfortunately the strength training content has been decreasing in frequency, being replaced with bog-standard American right-wing cultural talking points.
If you want political commentary from a right-wing American perspective, there are many podcasts out there which are both more insightful and funnier. This is just another drunk uncle at Thanksgiving.
For strength training info, I recommend the older episodes, or better yet, the older videos on the YouTube channel.
Stick to lifting
He knows a lot about one thing and insists on talking about others. Check out Barbell Logic if you want information about lifting without the political commentary.
