👉🏻 Our guest is Dr. Janet Delong PT, DPT, MHS, LSW, Cert MDT. Janet is a physical therapist, a licensed social worker/mental health therapist, and is a Nationally Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach. She works as a Training Specialist and Community Liaison for Prevention Insights at Indiana University. She also owns Delong Wellness, LLC and is an adjunct professor for IU and Ivy Tech. Janet has a passion for working with people who deal with persistent pain, who have experienced trauma, who have issues around mental health and substance use, and/or who are oppressed in some way. She is a member of the Motivational Interviewing Network of Trainers, the American Physical Therapy Association, the National Association of Social Workers, and is a budget coach at Habitat for Humanity.
