Smedley Butler aka the Real Captain America

For Memorial Day, we're happy to give you a mega sized episode of American Loser. LP is LIVE in studio with us for a topic we've been waiting to cover for months. At the time of his death, Smedley Butler was the most highly decorated Marine in American history. He pretty much conquered small nations, whooped asses, fixed problems, ran Philly, found a dead body part of Stonewall Jackson, earned the respect of Presidents and the hatred of another...all before joining the peace movement and giving us some unforgettable quotes. Enjoy our first true return to form episode and remember...patreon only content episodes will soon be available.

LP calls in from South Beach to give us some nuance about Washingston's personal spy network known as "The Culper Ring". It's a skype call so the quality isn't the best but it'll have to do til we can get him back up in Jersey. Enjoy this bonus episode and thanks for listening.

What a find!

I recently found this podcast when I completed a search for General Custer and after listening to that first show....I was hooked. Although the “New Jersey connection” gets a bit old, I thoroughly enjoy each episode I have listened and digested. I have found the concept unique of “losers” and sometimes it’s a stretch to call one a loser, although I have discovered there is a method to their madness. As a retired military man, I really enjoyed the Patton episode as well
as the episode concerning the “Worst WWII General” saga. Keep up the great work and I am glad to support a fellow veteran and his passion!

Extremely Entertaining and Informative

The only podcast where you can learn the history of the United States and what the term DILF means in the same sitting.
