Love this podcast!

I have been listening to this podcast since it began. Among the many podcasts that I listen to regularly, this is the one I look forward to most. I found out about Light Watkins through the Good Life Project podcast a few years ago and was so inspired, I have been a fan ever since. I read his book and began meditating on a regular basis and also receive inspiration from his daily email. Thank you Light!
