Great podcast with wonderful information. I am not crazy about having specific manufacturers or owners of certain types of companies to present information on a given bio hacking technique but I guess there's really no other way to do that otherwise. Rather than discuss the particular bio hack they instead focus on why their product is the best way to deliver that. And finally, I have had to unfollow so many podcasts for this particular reason – – as someone with misophonia to hear someone do this very faint hum of agreement or surprise when someone is speaking absolutely makes me come out of my skin. I wish it weren't the case. It doesn't make for an easy life but it's reality for me.

I have listened to nearly 75% of the episodes and the one with Dr. Chris Palmer and this is the first time I have correlated my ketogenic diet with the changes in mood, overall happiness, and becoming happy with who I am and what I have achieved! Thank you for sharing 🤯🫶🏼
