Love the bad therapy episode. Many people don’t understand how bad therapy can cause more damage to a person. As a former RN when you’re the one going through burnout it is often difficult to see until you take step back. I’m finally on the path to healing , much of which has been self driven. Therapy is not a one size fits all. Thanks 😊
