Breaking the Diet Cycle Weight Loss Your Way

If you're feeling frustrated and a little helpless from constantly trying to control your eating habits, but struggling with yo-yo dieting, repeated binges, and feeling like you're never able to make lasting progress, then you are not alone!
In this episode, I apply the process of change I shared in the previous episode to the important concept of your relationship with food and achieving sustainable weight loss. The way you think about food and make food choices can shape the experience you have while working towards weight loss.
To break the cycle of dieting and repeating the same things over and over again, it is important to change your relationship with weight loss by changing the way you think about food.
