Great podcast

Just found out about Dr. Selking. The first season was great and I’m working my way through the rest of the episodes.

Easy to apply

Amber Selking, I wish I had a fraction of her charisma. She is positive and insightful. Has a lot compelling brain data and wisdom to share to her sports groups as well as to regular people like me.

When I listen to her podcast I always feel encouraged to take that next concrete step toward personal growth. She makes her listeners feel understood (yep, life can be hard) and at the same time strong and gritty (but you have what it takes and can become the best version of yourself).

Definitely recommend!
