Best (and most encouraging!) fitness podcast ever!

Truly the most inspiring, encouraging, and uplifting health and fitness podcast I have ever heard! The deep passion and extreme love Andrew has for all people is so evident not only in what he says, but how he says it! He is happy, energetic, funny, and positive, yet doesn’t sugar coat the facts. His delivery is laced with love but filled with truth! Without question, Andrew has a ginormous heart and sincerely desires to help everyone be the best version of themselves that they can be! Great stuff!!
