Sometimes you can't afford one on one personal coaching and that's okay! This community is for you to get what you need and hopefully feel empowered to manage your fitness on your own.
What you're paying for - One Monthly Workout Program & Exclusive Personal Training Content (basically what you'd get one on one with me, but without me one on one with you).
REQUIREMENTS FOR MONTHLY COACHING - ideally a gym membership, barbell accessibility, machine accessibility. I will try to provide modification when it is applicable - most things can be subbed for a DB exercise.
Each monthly workout will be a 5 day a week split - if you need to do less, do less. I will provide resources on what to do when you can only get a few days in the gym.
