Excellent science based health & fitness

A super intelligent and relatable source of health and fitness information grounded in science. I’ve listened to each one several times and sent to friends/family. It’s such a great antidote to the extremes of info around eating and the body — the info resonates. Hope for longer episodes. This should go viral
