I really appreciate Juli’s discussion on intermittent fasting. She helped me to understand that it doesn’t have to be a complicated process. Some of the books I’ve read on the subject make my head spin. Listening to Juli I feel that yes, I can do intermittent fasting. I especially love her mentioning that we can give it a spiritual boost. I listened to the episode about being present and it really hit me how much I haven’t been doing that. I’m a total multitasker and have found that not a lot actually gets done when I do this.
