Grounding

Gina’s podcasts always seem to ground me when the stress of the divorce starts to get to me and I get sucked into the negativity and bitterness of it all. A breath of fresh air!

Help in the middle of heartbreak

I highly recommend this podcast to anyone going through a divorce or breakup of a significant relationship. When my marriage of 24 years started unraveling I was overwhelmed with pain and sadness. This Podcast helped (and continues to help) me when I need to remind myself that I want my divorce to be completed in the most loving way and to create a new family moving forward so we can all find happiness on the other side. Having two teenagers, it has given me great advice on making sure that my children get through this knowing they are loved and we are always a family.
