Taking us out of our comfort zone

Nikki gets real and opens that communication for those of us that are needing the voice of advocacy in the Pilates industry. I listened to episode 35 today because I saw the guest, Beth! I respect Beth’s teachings in Pilates and her workshop, Trauma Informed Pilates. Finally, opening our eyes to looking inside of ourselves as instructors to re-evaluate our approach in teaching.
