Tools to Heal from Narcissistic Abuse
Sarene’s podcast, Emotional Abuse is Real is a much needed platform for survivors of emotional and psychological abuse to share their stories. Sharing openly helps others to recognize abuse in their own lives, to take charge and free themselves from toxic relationships. As a a survivor of workplace abuse, Serene has become an expert on the topic but more importantly, she is fully healed from her own experience which allows her to communicate what she’s learned in a way that is calm and professional. Listen and learn.
The most genuine podcast in my opinion
The “Emotional Abuse is Real” podcast does more than create a safe space for each guest and audience. Sarene Leeds does a masterful job of connecting with her guests on an emotional level and acknowledging all of their feelings, incorporating her own experiences to create the most humanistic experience. After listening to a couple of episodes, I feel like this podcast should be on the radar of everyone dealing with any sort of emotional trauma. Sarene passionately presents storytelling in a way that is definitely a skill that cannot be taught. She has an innate ability to capture the essence of what her guests are saying and relay those messages to the audience in the most calming way. Please give this podcast a listen. I’m sure everyone can learn something valuable from any episode.
Great topic
Serene is doing a great job at shining a light on a very important topic. Emotional abuse is hard to define and difficult to detect, especially when you are in the throes of a toxic relationship. Hopefully this podcast will help others create healthy relationships and leave toxic relationships.
