On this episode I provide the structure of my key morning meditation.  We make time to clean and groom ourselves externally every morning, but what do we do to clean our hearts, minds, energy, and spirit?  My gratefulness meditation asks 3 questions: What am I grateful for that happened in my life yesterday? What am I grateful for that is happening in my life today? What am I grateful for that is happening in my life tomorrow?
