The past year has tested us all mentally and emotionally. Depression, anxiety and overwhelm are all too common, and many of us have no idea how to begin to dig ourselves out of these feelings. I am hoping this episode will give you a start.
I am talking with Dr. Sasha Heinz, a PhD developmental psychologist and life coach. Sasha is an expert in positive psychology, behavioral change, and the science of getting unstuck.
Dr. Heinz has an impressive resume with a BA from Harvard, a PhD in development psychology from Columbia and a master’s in applied positive psychology from the University of Pennsylvania. She was also one of the first 33 people in history to receive a degree in Positive Psychology.
