Today's Episode, I welcome Rose Lounsbury, Simplicity and Minimalism Coach, Author of the book Less and TEDx speaker! Rose started out as a middle school English teacher. After having kids and realizing the difficulty of working full-time outside the home while raising a family, she was introduced to the idea of minimalism as a way to simplify her life.  She eventually left her teaching career to pursue simplicity coaching and speaking full time. Rose is focused on helping people find the peace of mind beyond the excess stuff.
