She spent almost two decades of her life chronically dieting in an attempt to shrink her own body. Since discovering confidence and acceptance in her plus-size body, Jess utilizes the very tools that helped her, and empowers women to recognize their worth at every size so they can confidently approach life with unapologetic authenticity.
