S1 E3: Instead of assuming the worst in every situation: Embrace Hope

In a world filled with uncertainty and challenges, it can be easy to assume the worst in every situation. However, embracing hope can lead to a more positive outlook and mindset. By focusing on the possibilities and potential for good, we can navigate through difficult times with resilience and optimism.
Hope is a powerful emotion that has been linked to better health outcomes. Research has shown that individuals with higher levels of hope tend to have lower levels of stress, anxiety, and depression. Additionally, hopeful individuals are more likely to engage in healthy behaviors such as exercise and proper nutrition. Hope can truly be a key factor in maintaining good health.

Your health is the reflection of your daily habits.

In the first season of this podcast, we will work on replacing some of the unhealthy behaviors we have with healthier ones.
Do you know that our brain is design to keep us safe not healthier or even successful? It's afraid of big steps and that is why we feel stuck sometimes. For that reason, I want us to start small this year and gradually build everything up.
One thing I discover is that for us to archive anything we have to build a habit for that, and once we do, we will be unstoppable.
I will thus be releasing new episodes every month, and we will endeavor to gradually make it a habit by integrating it into our daily lives.
Will you be joining me on this journey? If so, please click the like button and share it with your family and friends.
    Thank you very much.
