We bitch about the failing healthcare system and how we need more coaches like her, helping people with chronic pain learn to move in ways that make life more manageable. 







We talked about creating a life focused on daily habits that allows you to live with your pain and begin to put yourself first, and finally feel independent. We laughed, we cried; it was such an honor to have Justine on my show.
