Inspiration
Finding this podcast to listen to has helped so much. Having been hit over the head with a diagnosis of breast cancer brought me to my knees. There has been denial. Anger. Depression. Anxiety. Loneliness. The podcasts have brought to light that I’m not the only one who feels like this. It’s not a bad thing to have these feelings. I’ve always been independent. My goal in life has been to help others. Accepting help is not familiar to me. So thankful for Dr B’s soothing voice and inspiration.

So many life lessons!
I have been listening to Dr. Deborah Butzbach for over a year now and have learned so much. I am not a cancer survivor but have loved ones with cancer and have learned so much that helps me to be as healthy as possible mentally, emotionally and physically as well as learning how to be more aware of how to be sensitive to my loved ones’ journeys. Dr. Burzbach’s calm, practical, humble and sometimes funny lessons are such a reflection of her education and experiences not only as a doctor, but as a woman, mother, wife, daughter and curious learner. The tragic and unexpected losses of Dr. Butzbach’s son and mother within weeks of each other this summer have added an entire layer of wisdom to her podcast which helps us all as we travel through this life of love and loss. Her positive and practical and very human spin on these important life lessons is a gift to us all. Thank you Dr. Burzbach!
