    In this episode I talk about goals setting and how easy it is and how hard to achieve those goals. I introduce the concept of partial achievement to aid with progress and explain the idea of adopting a new minimum standard!

    I use a personal example of training for a Everest Base Camp trek in March 2025 and the introduction of a intermediate goal to aid direction and motivation.
