Kind, Helpful & Found at the right time for me

I am devouring all of the episodes as I’ve gone about my own AuDHD discovery & assessment. I’m so thankful to have found this podcast through TikTok. It has been such a beacon of hope and helps me feel so seen. Thank you x100!

So necessary & helpful!

I found this podcast from following the blog, and I am so glad both exist! Megan does a wonderful job of pinpointing important issues, talking about them openly, and giving practical advice and feedback from her own experiences. This podcast covers things that everyone experiences or witnesses at some point, so give it a listen! ✨

I found it soothing and helpful and down to earth.
