    Clinical Corner Article April 2024

    Clinical Corner Article April 2024

For this month's clinical corner article, Matt and Allie discuss an article from the JOSPT that discusses the current diagnostic imaging curriculum  in PT schools, comparing it to different PT programs in the country and how it has evolved in the past several years.
Currently, not all states permit physical therapists  to order or read MRI/X-ray/CT Scans etc. With the increase of Direct Access patients - in order to promote more efficient care, physical therapists could have the ability to refer patients for diagnostic imaging in the near future.

I have personally gone to Oxford Physical Therapy Center and they are truly fantastic. I do not think that there is a more comforting experience out there. When I found out that they were making a podcast I was eager to listen and I am not disappointed. It is a favorite of mine and I can not wait for the next episode

Thank you Oxford and keep up the great work!

Among the many podcasts out there, this one is the most valuable to hear. What’s more important than curing pain? Who knew you could drop in at your leisure and bypass all the red tape of doctor referrals and hospital visits.
Thank you Oxford Physical Therapy! You are the best professionals doing the best job in such an important avenue of healthcare.
