Amazing Resource to Help You Recover from Insomnia

I feel so fortunate to have found content put out by Beth Kendall! This podcast is fantastic and filled with really helpful information, always delivered in a really encouraging way. I’ve also found Beth’s blog and free course from her website to be incredibly useful. Her approach differs from CBTi in ways that have really made a difference for me.

Finding this Podcast got me on the road to recovery.

I was on Day 10 of struggling with sleep. The point where I was mentally exhausted and the fear and anxiety were at my highest. Bought sleep aids, pills, talked to my doctor, endless Google searches and felt nothing was working. Found this podcast via a Reddit group and listening to and reading up on Beth’s ideas got me on the right path to get past this. There is so much negative and bad information out there it only makes the problem worst. Beth actually helps you understand what is happening and that alone helps calm you down and get you on the road to recovery. My biggest takeaway on this sleep recovery journey is proper education on the topic. Understand what is happening and that naturally produces less fear and anxiety. Highly recommend listening to this series and it should calm you down and get some sleep!

Beth is the best!

Beth’s perspective on insomnia is simple, compassionate, gentle, and so reassuring. She has been a huge answer to prayer and I’m so grateful to have found her work. Her podcast, blog, IG page, and email course are all free resources with a wealth of information, and her paid coaching program is worth every penny.
