Just found out recently that Kim has a podcast! The information she shares is on point, and so applicable to women in their 40s and 50s. I love how down to earth she is, just like you are actually having a conversation with her. She knows her stuff! My favorite part is how fast she talks, finally a podcast I don’t have to listen to at 1.75X speed!

Kim is an excellent fitness and overall health expert. She understands the unique aspects of women as they age who also want to lose weight, gain muscle and generally have great health as they age. I really enjoy her podcasts as she simplifies very science-y information and look forward to advice.

This podcast is full of solid information and so empowering! Love all the work Kim is doing to help us menopausal women figure out how to live a good life. I’ve learned a lot here! It’s my #1 fitness podcast these days (age 48.5).
