Great, Informative Health Information for All

Emily & Rebecca are knowledgeable and, more importantly, experienced coaches who touch on a wide variety of important health topics. While they are certified as strength coaches, it would be doing them a disservice to classify this as a strength only podcast. They elucidate an overall philosophy of being healthy within which being strong is a very important piece of the puzzle. Finally the information is presented in a way that is not intimidating and in a language that is easy digestible to anyone.
