Today I will share how I get back on track and do a ROUTINE RESET

Look at where you have come from and realize that you are starting again (reset) at a new level. You are not where you were, you are where you are now!…Progress has been made so celebrate it! Now we get to get back on track by doing a routine reset - it is like rebooting your computer and getting things working great again.

Have you ever had things going so well and your life seems to be cruising along so smooth and you’re making progress and you are feeling amazing and then… Something happens and you feel like your running on a flat tire.

Life Happens and a circumstance, or a choice, bumps us out of our beautiful routine.
