In this episode, I’m talking with Nancy Sawyer, a life coach that specializes in midlife mastery. We discussed our favorite topics - coaching, personal transformation and the work work we do at Life Coach University.

Her Permission to Pause workshops create an inviting space for a mental reset, through mindfulness and gentle yoga practices paired with journaling, reflection and discussion. Nancy's online course, Intentional Living, teaches the basics of creating a life you love waking up to. Nancy's weekly discussion group, The Compass Club, meets online and is a space for women supporting women in growth. Her signature program, Reclaiming You, helps women to rediscover themselves and create their next chapter after experiencing challenging life events such as divorce or losing a parent, or when they are feeling stuck. Nancy also offers individual coaching to clients who are seeking personal growth and change at a deeper, even more personalized level.
